Nathan is a Shareholder in the Financial Institution Advisory Group of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. He serves on the Financial Institution Committee of PKF North America. Nathan has over thirty-five years of experience consulting with financial institutions in the areas of accounting, tax, and regulatory issues. He has served the needs of clients throughout the Southeast. These services have included consulting in reference to bank formations, mergers and acquisitions, problem bank workout assistance, and expert witness services.
Bill Massey, CPA, CFSA
Bill is a Shareholder in Saltmarsh’s Financial Institution Advisory Group. He has been providing financial institutions with audit and accounting, taxation, and advisory services since 1986. Bill has extensive experience assisting financial institutions with accounting and reporting issues, mergers & acquisitions, and tax planning. He also has significant experience performing financial projections, loan and credit quality reviews, regulatory reporting, and STAR compliance reviews.
Lee Bell, CPA, ABV
Lee leads our Business Advisory Group and is the shareholder in charge of our Central Florida practice. He regularly consults with clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and litigation support. He also actively serves a variety of accounting and assurance clients of the firm.
